15-Day Returns Policy

Unaltered or unused stock merchandise may be returned for full credit within the first fifteen days after invoice. Batteries, Special Order and Made to Order items cannot be accepted for return.

Return Instructions

All merchandise should be returned in its original packaging (whenever possible) along with a copy of the respective invoice. Merchandise should be packed in such a way as to avoid damage in transit and insured.

Shipping

Most orders ship complete the same day if ordered by 3:00 EST. Orders over $100 cannot use 1st class mail. Our best delivery value for New York State is UPS ground, which is typically next day. For other states, the best delivery value is FedEx 2nd day for only $7.95. Any orders containing Lithium batteries must go ground.
